The Philodendron pedatum 'Variegated' is considered a rare and highly sought-after collector's plant. Unlike the common green Philodendron pedatum or popular hybrids like the Philodendron 'Florida Beauty', true variegated P. pedatum is much harder to find, It features deeply lobed, oak leaf-shaped foliage with striking splashy variegation in cream, pale yellow, or light green. A true variegated P. pedatum is distinguished by smooth green petioles (leaf stems) that are often striped with yellow, setting it apart from stringier hybrids.
**That's NOT a dead leaf in pic 4, it just turned from the light, it's completely healthy.
